Beef Mince Spaghetti with Garlic Cream Sauce

Hello everyone (or whoever’s reading this ;)). I didn’t know that I will be posting recipes on this site but I guess there’s always a first for everything. Due to the popular demand, I  am forced to post the recipe here so all of you can learn how to make it. In my view, it’s the easiest recipe anyone can try at home. Will it taste as good as mine did? Guess you will have to try that to figure that one out hahaa!!

Alright, let’s dive right in!

These are the ingredients you need!

375 g dried spaghetti
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or any cooking oil)
500 g beef  mince
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 medium-sized tomato
100 ml  fresh milk cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely grated cheddar

How to cook:

  1. Follow the directions on the package to cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain. Bring back to pan.
  2. In the meantime, put 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and heat it on high. Add tomato bits. Mix in ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 4 minutes, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, or until it is well-browned. Add garlic. Stir constantly, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Get another pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of flour. Once the flour and oil are mixed together. Pour milk on top until it starts to get thick. Add the fresh cream and stir until everything is well-mixed. In the end, add cheddar cheese.
  4. Put cooked spaghetti on a plate. Put the cooked beef and sauce over the pasta. Serve it hot!
