It's been a while that I've been trying to push myself to just reboot, and get started with my workout routine. Motivation for me is a real thing, especially for my workouts. However, through the consult, you have helped me come up with the fact that we need to start at some point and take it from there onwards. The consult has made me realize as to how important it is to focus on a goal, no matter how big or small it is.

The task assigned by you was a total push, I have the workouts kind of stuck on my mind as for now and I'm hoping to stay persistent with it for a healthier and better lifestyle for good.
