You are here on my coaching website because you’re somewhat interested in transforming your physique, increasing your strength, and living a healthier lifestyle without losing your mind by following rigorous diets and fad exercise regimens.

I get it.

Before finally investing in a personal coach for my fitness and health objectives, I did the same thing for a long time.

Desperately searched for coaches and trainers around the world who would understand what I wanted without saying much!

Whenever I would find someone that shared the same values as me,

 

I would say, “Let’s give it a day, and then I will see,” rather than acting immediately.

After then, nothing would happen.

However, this is often typical.

Everyone experiences it when they try to step outside of their comfort zone.

People that are completely prepared and eager to change will say, “Hell yeah!” and go on. They start to do something constructive and then realize they should have done it sooner.

That’s exactly how I felt when I started working with a coach.

I am aware that the fitness industry has made money off of people’s fears by offering them cookie-cutter diet programs that induce them to lose weight just to gain it all back once the dieting phase is done. They keep moving back and forth in a vicious loop!

Many of my clients previously have done the same.

Similar to how I believe we all have, at some point in life.

While practicing those things can help you gain muscle and lose weight, what about how they will affect your relationships, performance, mood, and other aspects of your life?

How would you feel if that happened?

Are you going to get what you want if you spend 5 or 7 hours a week at the gym? Or will it ultimately make you sad and lead you in the opposite direction?

People frequently advise “sleep 7-8 hours, exercise every day, eat all the protein, purchase all the supplements, get your greens, etc.”

It should be simple to accomplish, right?

But it requires effort, dedication, and money, especially if you don’t know how to do it and can’t keep up with doing it every day.

And just want to ask the question that everyone asks, “How much does your 1:1 online coaching cost?”.

All charges are the same for every client (local or international) that joins the program.

They are not included here but include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and even annual coaching packages.

I chose not to share them since I do not want you to select the coaching based just on price, but because of how well we complement one another and the services offered, I want it to be us.
