Step 1: Initial Assessments

The online personal training starts with a thorough strategy session to map out your personal goals and create an online personal training program to help you get there. We will dive deep into your health, dietary intake, metabolic, training, and injury histories and take stock of your current level of physical capability.

After discussing everything above, we can explain the science while showing you practical applications for your lifestyle and how we can bring about a change to improve it

Step 2: Personalized Training Program

My coaching program offers specific programming details to eliminate confusion and educates you on WHY our program works (number of exercises, order of exercises, number of sets and reps, tempo, rest periods, etc).

This includes AT-HOME workouts for when you cannot get to the gym. The Training Process is PERSONALIZED to your needs.

Step 3: Personalized Nutrition Program

Coaching is key here. We will work together to make sure your nutrition plan fits you and your lifestyle, rather than trying to fit your lifestyle into a meal plan.

This means your online personal trainer and nutritionist will use a flexible dieting approach, backed by science, to not only achieve your ideal body composition but also optimize health and performance.

You will have continuous support from your coach for questions, support, motivation, exercise critiques, adjustments, and more. Daily and weekly accountability tracking form constant and consistent progress. My goal is to help you stay accountable while providing you with whatever your need.

Consistency is the foundation key to success. These accountability methods and support systems ensure that for every individual.
